Engine flushes, do they work?

I see there are a lot of different engine flushes on the market. Do they actually make a difference? Carbon buildup is a big problem in saturns like mine, could this help? Would it be a good idea to run that right after I drain the oil with auto-rx that's in there now?

If you're running Auto-rx now why do you feel the need for an engine flush? The Auto-rx is cleaning your engine better than all of those off the shelf flushes would.

You bet some engine flushes work,all to varying degrees. You spent money on a product with a money back guarantee though.I would wait to see if it worked before trying something else. Please post your results.
