Cleaners safe for MAF Sensor

I am going to clean my throttle body and MAF this weekend and need a recomendation of what type of cleaners are safe to use that will not damage anything.

Suggestions?

Best one is 3M Throttle Plate and Intake cleaner. It will not damage sensors or coatings.
