I saw that article the day it was printed.
I thought it was interesting that it appeared on a Saturday. I guess it is not a very important topic.
It is in line with the semi-blackout on the subject in the USA media.
A search of "peak oil" on CNN.com shows -zero- results....however on the English page of... http://english.aljazeera.net/HomePage
...I have learned that:
1) the Kuwaiti government stated that their fields have peaked and are in decline,
2) The French government predicts that the world will peak in a few years,
3) Canadian investment bank CIBC thinks conventional oil has peaked in 2004.
