Do you think M1 0w-40 is a different formulation in Europe(?) or does Mobil use a conservative approach when listing their official specs to the public?

Ha-ha, even Gut&Billig (Good&Cheap) oil has HTHS 3.7.

Mobil's published figure, at least here in the states, is 3.6. Same oil?

I'm not sure in how far I'd trust published test data in a car magazine. It could be a typo. What's the source anyway? AutoBild?

The Castrol 0W-40 showed 3.8 versus an advertised 3.6 also. SAme for the BP visco 7000

None of the famous HDEO except for RX Super Plus, would have been interesting to see the rating of the Delvac MX/Super and Delo 400 CI Plus thrown in this equation.
