Another to consider (IF you can get it, and if you cannot source the Red Line) is the Mobil 1 RACING 0W-50.

I'm sure the previous owner could tell you who built the engine though.
 
I dont think you can go wrong with the Motul 300v competition 15w-50 hths 5.3.

You mainly need to keep an eye on oil pressure and oil temperature. As long as neither is excessively high, and the oil pressure is not too low, you will be fine.

Use an easy to get oil and always use the same grade. That way you can keep an eye on oil pressure over time to make sure it seems consistent. A turbo motor will wear out the bearings over time, and the oil pressure is a good way to monitor how they are doing.

Also make sure you allow the engine and oil to warm up properly before any full throttle runs. A thicker performance oil like you must use needs to be up to operating temperature before hard running.
