CLM Metal-Base Lubricant

I'm moving into a rental home and stored in the Arctic room are several cases of CLM Metal Base Lubricant, and CLM Multi-Stage lubricating penetrating spray. I'm not familiar with these products and there are no directions for use. Can anyone forward instructions on the use of these products?

Hi all, I've just found this great site whilst researching the CLM metal base lubricant, could anyone tell me please if I am correct in thinking that this product is still good to use. I've been clearing the odd few bottles out at local gas engine shows,but before I try to move it in bulk,I'd like to know that it's o.k to use,thanks.
