HOWDY, anyone use this stuff?
I bought some on impulse, to beef up some 5w-20 oil with a weak add pack. it has something called,
ammonium molybdate, and the base is poe not pao??

I probably just got suckered..

That's a fully synthetic additive. Change your oil and filter, and add it to your slump. I think one bottle is enough for 5 litres. This stuff is good for 50,000 kilometres/31,250 miles.

Lubro-Moly MoS2 (made by Liqui-Moly) seems like a pretty good product. I recommend either 150 ml each oil change or 300 ml every other oil change, if the sump capacity is 4-6 liters or so. Do not worry about the base, it is harmless.

I'm going to use this Motorprotect, but if I'm stuck. My car is BMW e39 540i V8 M62TU and it requires 8 liters of oil. Now, if I add 750ml of Motorprotect I will end up with 8.750 ml of liquid which is overfill. How do I get rid of excess so I could stay with my normal amount of oil?
Thanks!
