Hi,

Any folks here have experience with the Bridgestone Ecopia ep422
Touring tire?

I am looking for opinions on ride comfort and noise and long term
treadwear.
My first choice would be Michelin MXV4, but they are just so
darn expensive and looking at maybe the next best tire in
the touring type tire.

Thanks

Thanks!

I am getting a set on Friday so I will let you know...my buddy who runs a tire shop highly reccomends them and he usually gives out good reccomendations.

I just put a set of these on my Civic a week ago. Ride is nice ... but a bit soft and squishy. I haven't pushed these to any extent ... that's not what I bought them for.

The cooler temps are causing my mileage to drop significantly. I won't be able to tell until next May or June if they are increasing my MPGs over the factory Bridgestone Turanzas.

I got mine on Friday and so far I have Zero complaints after 400 miles on them, I think they are a great tire especially for what I paid 498.00 out the door installed with a warranty

I have driven with mine in the rain a few times now and cant say that ive noticed a bad grip, maybe if i floored the gas, but at a normal throttle they seem to grip great.

With good product you get what you pay for. When you try and
chintz, you ALSO get what you pay for. Like my old physics prof taught the class..."You don't get nuttin fer nuttin"...!!

The Bridgestones don't hold a candle to the Michelin Primacy
MXV4's ....or....the Continental ProContact ECOPLUS.
