I do a search on Bing.com for "how to change the fuel injectors for a 2002 Kia Sportage" and the first two were:

How to Find the Fuel Injectors on a 1999 Kia Sportage from eHow.com
How to Replace a Fuel Injector in a Kia Spectra from eHow.com

You need several things beforehand:

(1 ) a full set of replacement injectors

(2 ) a full set of replacement fuel rail and injector grommets, and maybe a couple of extra sets in case that the ones you bought were damaged during the installation.

(3 )determine if you need to buy/replace phenolic washers that some vehicles (particularly 90s civic fuel rails)

(4 ) find/locate fuel pump relay to remove it while/during servicing

(5) a way to bleed your fuel rail to eliminate any residual fuel rail pressure.

(6 ) have a fire extinguisher handy

(7 ) have some extra lubricant handy (if it's fuel-resistant rubber grommets for the injectors or fuel rail mating part, then use some vaseline or similar.

(8 ) after relieving the fuel rail pressure, undo the fuel rail (depending on designs and how easily accessible the fuel injectors are), and then remove the injectors. Installation of new injectors should be the reverse process of the removal part.

(9 )make sure to install new o-rings/grommets in this case. DO NOT REUSE any original one for they will cause all kinds of air/fuel leakages due to distortion over many years of service.

(10 )when have have difficulties installing the injector side onto the intake manifold port, do not force it. Forcing it, esp. when the grommet is dry, will distort or even damage them, rendering them totally useless. (that's when fresh new grommets comes in handy.

Be extra careful about getting close to a spark/ignition source.

Good luck.
