2011 VW JSW 6 Speed MT CJAA Engine
5k miles on Liqui Moly Top Tec 4200 5w30 (VW 507.00)(Made in Germany)
Oil Filter is Mann Germany, exact replacement as original.
( I am NOT a fan of the PurFlux )

Notes:
UOA taken at 20k miles.
I am finished with my 'rinse' phase as this was the 4th oil change in 20k miles.
I will settle into a OCI of ~ 7500 miles.
First UOA of LM Top Tec 4200

VIS is strong, TBN strong for short run.

No Bio, ever.

LM poured in as present fill.

Lab is OAI

Oil Change History:
Factory Fill, Pennzoil Ultra Euro L, Pennzoil Ultra Euro L, LM Top Tec 4200

Additives:
Throughout the duration of this OCI, I used blend of 4 oz. of Standadyne PF and 2 oz. of Stanadyne LF per tank.

Results are excellent at this stage.

Looks like you have a plan and this engine will definitely be ready to run manufacturer OCI's. It looks like it is broken in and relatively free of any wear in materials. You are ready to roll!

Did you also UOA the A/C compressor oil? lol

I started a thread on TDIClub about that and no one cared .... I'm sure when a few people fall out of warranty and need an entire A/C system replaced, they will take note.

I am pleased with the results. I note Ultra Euro L is not on some of the VW 507 lists any more and it is too hard to source anyway.
The guys at Napa were happy to order the Top Tec 4200 even though they said they knew nothing about any of the LM oils.

Interesting TBN - 507 oil have such when new with so low Ca and B... Si fine and K will go away next OCI. Nice @ 5k mi. ;-)

How much for the Top Tec 4200 at NAPA? I'm curious if it is less than the $9.40/lt. for the Castrol SLX at my dealer.

Sorry to reply to this old thread but I am curious to see if you notice any fuel consumption differences between the Pennzoil Ultra Euro L and the LM Top Tec 4200.

Are you still using the LM Top Tec 4200 in your TDI?

Thanks in advance for your reply ... Sam
