OK, just took delivery on a new 2011 F150 3.5 ecoboost (turbo) the owners manual has a additional insert page regarding the oil filter, it says use a FL2055 not a FL500S. I called the dealer and they say use a FL500S so I called Ford customer sevice and they say use FL500S, WHAT THE HECK? Anyone know about this. Thanks in advance.

FL-500S is the correct filter. the FL2055 was out for a while and then Ford issued a stop sale and mandatory parts return to all dealers a couple months ago.
Thanks for extra clarification, I even seen a little sticker on the manufactures oil filter saying "service use fl2055" Anyway thanks again, I will be using the FL500S. Great Truck!
