Air pressure in the cam cover?

I will check to see if it does generate vacuum if I seal it. Maybe "air pressure in the cam cover" wasn't a very accurate description or thread title, because as I said earlier, it doesn't push the oil cap away from the hole when I go to install it, so it's not like a steady stream or air coming out.
