M1 0w40 and M1 15w50

While I was searching for information about M1 15w50 (may use this during my new cam/lifter break-in) I found a Mobil 1 PDF about it. Seems Mobil 1 0w40 and 15w50 are listed as road and track oils

I'd say the same for SOPUS products too, and I use both brands in my cars. They're both very reliable products and have a track record of being so for many years now.

That's not to say they're always "best" for a given niche application like a strip/oval track car or every vintage muscle car- that's what keeps Redline, RP, Amsoil, etc. in business after all. But for the mainstream driver, picking a Mobil or SOPUS product off the shelf in the right grade for your car will get the job done without worry.
