Add-on spin-on ATF filter

It's remotely possible but the trans would have to have an internal oil pump with the capacity to pump thru that filter. Most manual trans oil pumps on passenger cars I've seen are pretty minimal. You see them on big trucks.

Add a filtermag on the spin-on. Much bigger and stronger magnet, reusable. Will catch big and small particles. As long as you are going to add a spin-on why not maximize its utility?
