I just bought two filters (hydraulic and hydrostatic) for my Bobcat. They are both Bobcat brand. $91 w/tax. At NAPA they were going to be over $120 for NAPA Gold. So the $10 Mobil 1 filters now sounds like a bargain. These filters are about the size of the PH8 reference filter (for old GM V8s I think).

And the $2.00 for a SuperTech pocket-change.

$2.84 to be exact

You don't realize how cheap automotive filters are until you look at industrial filters. The air compressors and vacuum pump I used to maintain cost over $500 each to change the oil, seperators, and filters.

Actually it was two for almost $100. But sure, I will cut one open.

I will mail one to someone who really wants to dissect it and post a report.
