Saw this stuff on sale at AZ...2 for $5. any good? or equivalent to other FIC?

They tried to sell me this the other day. I stuck with my original plan, which was having them match the Advance special of 2 for 1 on Techron.

Im on the Regain 2x bandwagon.

Went on Rislone's website and the MSDS had the following: 100ppm petroleum naphtha and 5mg/m3 hydrotreated paraffinic distillate. The stuff looks like 5w or 10w motor oil...somewhat like Lucas UCL.

I'm not a chemist but what are these? and would they help any? and is this similar to any other FIC/UCl out there?
