What oil do you use to meet these approvals?

I realize no oil meets them all.
 
GC would meet most of them, as would the rare QS 5W-40, PU 5W-40, PP 5W-40, Syntec 5W-40 and Synpower 5W-40.
BMW offers a special flavor of Castrol 5W-30 that would as well.
Rotella 5W-40 would, although SOPUS makes no such claims.
Any dual rated fleet 5W-40 would likely meet or exceed most or all of these specs were the oils so rated by their blenders.
I think M1 HM 10W-30 or 10W-40 would also meet most of these specs.
You do need to read between the lines a bit, as not every oil that would have adequate performance will have been tested to every spec, although it could certainly meet them.
