Just purchased with 111,000 on it previous owners father ran a oil change shop so he changed the oil every 2500 miles with pennzoil synthetic. However according to the sticker he used 10w30. It doesn't appear to be using any oil would it be ok to switch to 5w30 pennzoil ultra when I get a oil change?
2003 cadillac deville synthetic 10w30->5w30 ok?

Yeah its fine and you can go longer then 2500 miles with PU.
