Oil Suggestion - 2009 Duramax

Not sure that I would want to spend that much for green (JD) oil. I am a recovering Case only person and for years used only Case IH oil, filters, etc. Like an Idiot.
My bet is that the same producer for them might be the same for JD, just put your name on the bucket. Any of those grades would do fine for the application I am sure. Go with what is convienant and inexpensive to get the job done.

Doesn't Rotella have a 0w40 available in Canada? I would use that if I lived up there, in anywhere other than western BC where the weather along the coast is more mild.
They do have a 0W40 but it is only CG-4.
