Just bought a Tercel and I see the filter is very similar to my Hondas so went on Frams site and the only differences are 13 to 14 bypass lbs. and the gasket is a tiny fraction larger..the Honda is 7317 and Toyota 4967 I should be able to swap these?

The 7317 has a metric thread and the 4967 has a standard (inch) thread. (20mm vs 3/4" pitch)
These filters ARE NOT interchangeable.

I agree with pbm and The Critic,

Fram 7317 Thread Size: 20X1.5 MM
Fram 4967 Thread Size: 3/4-16

Sizes are similar but different thread sizes, therefore are not interchangeable.

good info..you'd think they'd both be metric but 4967 for the Toyota it is then.
