drive works filter?

who makes the drive works filter sold at advance auto?and are they any good?

They have the same part numbers as purolator so I think they're made purolator.

I haven't tried any of them but I'm going to in the future.

The base plate holes look slightly different from purolator and they come from china.

However the base plate has the same "3/4" thread indicator stamp as puro.

The Driveworks line is 100% offshore supplied as of right now. It could always change in the future, but it appears that AAP is sourcing it directly judging by the box.

I have a buddy who wasn't impressed with them. He's in the business, but take it for what's its worth...this is the internet.

I just installed a Drive Works Fuel Filter and it was identical to the Purolator that was on there.
