They're both non-polar so they should mix well in just about any ratio. It's only when you want to get a polar/non-polar mixture that you need to start using wetting agents, ESPECIALLY getting water and anything else to mix. Dispersants are for getting particulates to not clump, like soot in a crankcase.

Gasoline will dilute/blend/mix with any oil.

Years ago before the production of two cycle specific oil, manufacturers recommended straight 30 weight engine oil mixed at anything from 16 to 32:1.
