Giant Simple 3

I realize this may be sacrilege to many bicycle enthusiasts, but my wife and I are looking for new bikes with 3-speed coaster hubs. It's time to retire our 30 year old Sears bikes with their skinny tires and seats. Not many choices available but the Giant Simple 3 looks intriguing. Any knowledge here regarding this bike?

Love it for what it is. Great value decent bike. Perfect bike for flat areas. Includes alot of parts fenders rack kick stand. I am fitting these to my bike and the cost is huge once you start adding up the parts.
Simple 7 looks a whole lot funner though.
