Safe to delete these files?

On my PC running Windows Vista, in the "c:\program files\common files\wise installation wizard" folder, there are several very large .MSI files. What are these files, and can they be deleted? Thanks.

Those are installation package files for programs that you have installed and can usually be deleted safely.
