What type of Grease??

I know it has probably been ask before. But i did a search and did not find anything soooo...

I have a 1995 nissan pickup and i'm not sure what type of grease to use to lube the chassis, and wheel bearings? I have been reading and saw a lot of people recommend Amsoil. But which can i use?
(GHB) Synthetic Heavy-Duty Grease #1
(GHD) Synthetic Heavy-Duty Grease #2
