hey guys,

I need some assembly lube and I am going to order some Redline oils so I was going to throw a jar of the assembly lube on. It is $5 for a 4oz jar.

Is this stuff pretty good? Anything THAT much better? it will be for install a cam, retainers, valve springs, lifters in my 2.5L jeep

thanks,
Seth

It actually does not come in a jar unless things have changed more like a small plastic tin.

Be very carefull when you open it or you will get a lap full of red fluid

I have used it for a complete engine rebuild and had no problems. The stuff sticks well and goes on easy. The engine set for a year and the lube was still in top notch shape when I put the engine into operation and it now has 160 miles on it with no problems......... whew I can get long winded
