castrol mp

hey. just bought some castrol mp #2 grease from the local pepboys. $3.99 a tube. isn't this a little high for a multi-purpose grease? i was planning on using it for my new toro-walk behind 32". it's lithium based. has anybody had any experience with this grease? is it worth the expense? thanks, penz
