Rejuvenated older bike turned SS

Finished this a few weeks ago, nothing special, built out of parts I had laying around (except wheels)...

Just used a cheap Forte single speed conversion kit for now as I can't get this magic geared...

I like the rear disc brake system! What frame did you use? Is it heavy?

Right now it's 25 lbs and change, but it's probably on the heavy side because...

I am running tubeless tires with tubes,
the fork is a tank (something like 4.5 lbs),
the stem/bars/seatpost combo is anything but light.

The frame is an older (2002) Giant Rainier frame. It's actually not too heavy of a frame but it's fairly durable.
