An alignment is always a smart thing to get after major surgery.
Make sure all your parts are OK, so you don't have to do this twice. I prefer a hundred miles before the alignment, so pats seat and settle. Even around the block is helpful.
If you have a lifetime alignment plan, this is not so important.
Just do it again!
Are new parts WITH bushings available? Maybe that would be a viable option, and save some $.
Maybe you could pick them up online or at a dealer, and have them installed?
