For greasing a Gimble Bearing, would Amsoil Series 2000 be a better choice than Amsoil Multi-purpose? Or would something like Amsoil Moly Heavy Duty better choice?

I've read that Series 2000 is good for bearings, but not so much for ball joint type greasing, but then I wonder if a Moly grease is a better choice......

It is the bearing that the drive shaft runs through from the coupler to the outdrive on a boat. RPM is 0-5000rpm and as far as load, I'm not sure. It isn't like a wheel bearing that is supporting weight.
