Check their website.
The oil claims "100% synthetic", so it is at least Grp III, and claims to meet SM/GF-3/GF-4, plus it has the starburst on the 5W-20 at least.
Might be decent stuff, for a decent price.
How much?

Hi,
ted s - SuperSyn is a trade name of Exxon Mobil Chemical and is one of a group that applies to advanced PAOs and Esters. EM Chemical is the Worlds largest supplier of these products and does so to a large number of Blenders and other Oil Companies

SuperSyn was/is also used by FUCHS in some of their product descriptions

They claim to blend and bottle their own.

Either way, it's Starbursted, so they're definitely good to use. Whether or not they're actually a good deal at $4 is up to you. Personally at that price point I can do PP, so I wouldn't, but I don't have a Smitty's here either.
