With all that sand around they didn't think they would need them.

Hope he packed two sets of undies as well, 'cause it looked like he nearly cooked his privets.

Well 1 comment and 1 question...

Question..

What oil was he using?

Comment, WHAT A FOOL! LEAVE THE #@!$^ OUTFIT ON THE HILL AND LET IT BURN UP THERE. WHAT WAS HE THINKING ALLOWING IT TO ROLL BACKWARDS INTO THE CROWD?

No idea on the oil, but a UOA revealed a significant lowering of the flash point due to fuel dilution, and some strange burnt fibers that appear to match a Hanes T shirt.

I guess he got advice from the guy with the burnt Hanes.

Maybe it didn't have parking brake??

Once someone opened the drivers door, the driver seemed to be able to move OK. I wonder what he was waiting for while the fire roared on? Maybe he is royalty and needed a servant to open his door.

It was set on the hill and in reviewing they did not leave it in gear when he got out.

Prob the driver was having issues getting his seat belts loose?

At least on the bike climbs, they string a rope once a bike goes past it just in case. It has saved many a bike and even more important spectators.

Depending on how thoroughly that engine did it's unscheduled auto self dissasembly, there probably was no engine breaking to be had.

On the other hand, it could have been locked up and welded!

Still want to know what oil they were using...

They ran out of blankets to beat the fire out.
