Did he actually get caught in a post race tech teardown (starting to sound like motorsports now!), or does someone have an axe to grind with Fabian??
(I have not been able to follow the Euro spring classic season as well since Versus cut back their coverage to instead ONLY show people beating each other to a senseless bloody pulp.

I'd like to see hybrid bike racing; It would advance powertrain technology foster than any of the current motorsport out there.
I don't know the whole scoop on the history of this racer... but anything like this should have been caught by the team mechanic. Simple weight tests can point up suspect bikes, but in this case there are (the shown) multiple visual clues that he was/is up to no good...
1) Unbelievable acceleration rates
2) Speed increase while still sitting on the saddle
3) Wobble-free acceleration
4) Fancy handwork managing the speed controller
Guys, this is one fella who just might find a couple tire pumps stuck in his wheels during the next road race.

It's a load of [censored]. There is a difference between a small motor on the bike being able to spin the cranks, and a motor that can actually provide the TORQUE for that sort of speed and power. The latter is the motor of a guy who's been trained, and trained to do what he does very well.
Yes, there is a lout of foul play in this sport as well as many others. But this one really takes the cake...

With the money involved in sports, Motor sports as well most likely are some what staged and acted . The more money involved the more corruption there is. Follow the money.

The man has so much of said TORQUE and POWER in his legs/body that his in the saddle accelerations seem like a strong motor/engine!!
If there was still a professional 5000 meter pursuit event at the World Cycling Championships, this man would win it without even doing any specialized training for the event!!! (To go along with his World Championship Time Trial jersies
