Hi Friends,

I Can't find Redline CV2 ... In Canada ...
But I can order some Amsoil from Pablo or Garry ...

I'm just not sure what Amsoil grease will work in cv boots

Thank You

Do you think that this would work better then regular CV grease included with boots ?

BTW, no need to Appologize you and Garry are doing great work on here keeping up everyone informed about Amsoil products... :)

Some nice stuff there, but I'd personally be a bit concerned with the operating range temps, the stuff for cold temps can't really handle to high of a max temp, and the hot stuff turns to rock in cold temps we see out here.

Redline CV2 has a functional range of -100F to 500F, and CV joints can and do get rather hot.

The synthetic (not on that sheet) has a functional range of -49 to 338F. I can't see a CV joint hitting anywhere near 500F.......

The Redline stuff is definitely nice. Just very expensive.
