If I've done the sums right, it would take 2,300 of these engines to power my state through a summer peak...my turbines have 150,000 hour overhaul intervals 'though.

Each turbine has two 10,000 hp pumps to feed water into the boilers.

Powering them with an IC engine would be great.

I'm a little skeptical about the "white light" being from hydrogen being 'disassociated' from water vapor...
