Can't complain about that uoa . Chevron makes a great oil.

7K next OCI and stick with motorcraft filter. I have yet to see an aftermarket filter be the exact same size as the OEM. The the ADBV will not work properly without an OEM filter. I have had to fix many problems from non OEM filter and I have compared different filters.

Depending upon idle time, the unit is probably already at the equivilant of 7k miles. Given the UOA, I agree he could likely go longer. Given the idle time, I'm impressed with TBN, soot and fuel numbers!

Vis came down, but this is yet more evidnece that lower vis does not automatically condemn the oil; the wear in this sample is fine ir-respective of the drop in vis.
