Any name brand disc brake grease will serve your bearings well. I just did a 65 GTO with disc brakes and used Valvoline disk brake grease the one that said the best on the can.
"The best" is subject to endless debate. This isn't a demanding application for grease, especially if you are still running drum brakes on the front. Go pick up a can of your favorite lithium complex wheel bearing grease and call it good.

+1. I just use the standard name brands of high temperature lithium wheel bearing grease whether it's for disk or drum brakes.
