Interesting how the states handle it. Michigan is max 15 inches above the seat, so I guess a guy could get a thicker seat. California no more than 6 inches above the shoulders when astride the seat, so tall guys have the "coolest" looking bikes there. But Colorado has no restriction, so I guess the power lines and bridges are the limiting factor there. Wish they had this in a table so you didn't have to keep clicking up states.
