Picked up a set of Roadburner Blackhawk 3" SLT

I had these pipes on my bike for about a month last September....I will give the condensed version

Leak at header could never seem to get fixed
Cranky neighbor in development I live in
Was able to return them for a full refund including shipping
Got sad looking at pics I took with Roadburners on
Got sadder listening to sound clip I made

Fast Forward to today
Cranky neighbor gone
Tax refund
Surfing Ebay found these same pipes brand new for 299 dollars
Made myself happy and pressed Buy Now button

All I need is spring now


I think I did good for that price considering everywhere else wants over 700 dollars for the same pipes

Sounds like you got a really nice deal on them...How's the wind protection with that windscreen ? Much wind noise ?

Yeah...black pipes are not for everyone that is for sure...not sure I was even gonna like them until I had them...took them off and then really missed the look and sound


It is awesome behind the shield...I commute 100 miles a day round trip and it is so much more enjoyable with the windshield
