Which amsoil to use?

Hey guys

So after giving motul 5100 a go i was wondering which Amsoil is appropriate for me. Unfortunately Amsoil distribution is limited here in Australia but from looking at this website i can't work out the appropriate one for my bike, its a 2006 honda vtr250 and the sump is shared with the gearbox.

What weight oil does Honda recommend for your bike in Australia? If it's 20W-50, use this:

I think you need a 10W40 ??

I say 10w-40, unless it gets really hot there.

Use either the MCV or MCF oil - viscosity depending on what Honda calls out for Aus.
