its too expensive at $10 a qt. I like the price of the Valvoline 4t motorcycle oil $4 a qt. I know its a dino oil, but will it really make any difference?
k9 Suzuki GSX650F redlines at 12500rpm, most of the time I stay below 7-8k rpm.

You definitely get what you pay for here. Shifting smoothness drops off rather quickly with the Valvoline due to shearing. In Pensacola, FL I would be using the M1 or Amsoil unless you want to change your oil every 1500 miles. Another option would be a diesel-rated 15W-40 oil.

I havent been very happy with the Valvoline. I have tried it in 2 bikes and 2 ATV's in both the 10w40 and 20w50. Try a HDEO oil.

Totally my opinion....but don't waste $4 a quart on the Valvoline. Spend $2.73 a quart and buy Delo or Rotella from WalMart in the 15w40....you will be much happier.
