Lucas Red and Tacky Grease

I've used it. I prefer amsoil grease personally. In the heat of summer my gun was leaking a ton of red and tacky. Switching to http://www.amsoil.com/storefront/ghd.aspx I've had less of an issue even if I leave it in the sun plus its moly fortified better for my tractor. My local Carquest sells both for close to the same amount. I also changed grease guns which helpedd some as well but the red and tacky was making a huge mess between uses depending on where I had left the gun.

I've been experimenting with the lucas red/tacky, it seems like a pretty durable grease, but during the summer months I have droplets of red liquid coming out of the gun hose nipple and t-handle.
It shoots out solid, I've been using it for about 2 years on a few friends cars (I still use the valvoline synpower, found a whole slew of it at a Napa in Oregon a few years ago, since kragen stopped sellng it, I"ll switch to mobil 1 when I'm all out)
So far the lucas seems to "work". haven't had to replace any balljoints yet.
