The tiny 3 in long chain that runs the cams in the TC motor? How's that compare to the long overhead cam chains in modern multi-cylinder engines? How about the Hy-Vo jackshaft chains in some of same engines, or the counter-balancer chains, or the shared-oil transmission gears, or the primary drive gears, or the flat-tappet overhead cam buckets? How about the gear-driven accessories in these "modern" multi-cylinder engines?
Give us all a break Aussie-boy, if HDEO oil can survive in a 15,000 rpm, shared-trans, high HP, oil-grinder of an Asian engine, it will most surely last many times longer in a low HP, low rpm, no shared-trans, pushrod, under-stressed, roller bearing HD TC engine.
Quit acting like HD TC engines present some kind of challenge to modern HDEO oils, cause they don't.
BTW, why don't you grow some brain cells?
