Ran across this at Home Depot, it claims to be a polyurea grease but it's a dull blue-green unlike the clearish blue-green I see with other urea greases such as Honda Ultra-High Temp Urea Grease or Chevron's SRI. Is this stuff good or it's another overrated Lucas miracle?

Lots of better greases available IMO.

Many of the Polyurea greases I have seen have a lot of tackifier added to them to make the grease appear really stringy in the "finger to thumb" test. Don't be fooled, most of them have terrible water washout resistance (Lucas is 10% in the ASTM D-1264 test), high amounts of oil separation, and mediocre extreme pressure characteristics.

I was thinking about using it in a app where urea greases were used, such as motor bearings and maybe CV joints.

It should be fine for electric motor bearings, as many of them come with this type of grease and you can't easily purge it out.
