I did maybe under 4,000km this year.About 3,000km on the XT600...but used 3 rear tyres over the year, and sold the bike a couple of weeks ago.I ride a lot of gravel roads and the twisty used to be gravel roads that connect them.I rebuilt the engine on the DT230,did just over 300km on it,and then sold it.
I'm cutting back on the bikes that need registration and insurance costs, trying to get back to one bike for all my needs. The R65 has only been on the road for a month or so,so about 500km on it so far.So this bike will need to do gravel and nasty twisty sealed roads,it will also need to do longer distance stuff so I can see a bit more of New Zealand.Dual purpose with a difference - a streettracker for local work, and a tourer for longer travel.I plan a streettracker seat for it later. Those are 4.00x18 Dunlop K70's front and rear, and Omar's Slideways bars - it handles better than a dirt bike on gravel.
I picked-up my '09 Road King on January 5th with 4 miles on the odometer and wasn't able to ride it again for the next 5 weeks because of the winter weather. That being said, she hit 8000 miles on the way home from work today and has 8,008 miles on the clock now as she cools off in the garage.
I've ridden my 2007 United Motors V2S 250R [249cc] about 3000 miles since I bought it from a man last 8/27/08, when it had 773 miles on it. 3k is about the average miles I used to ride in New Hampshire. I've ridden about 27 years in all, and this was my first bike in about 13 years. Here in Tennessee I can ride pretty much year round.
It took me a while to get used to clip ons at age 57 but I now seem to like them better than any other riding position.

57 and you like clip-ons??? Wow. Just looking at 'em makes my soon-to-be 55 year old back/knees/arms hurt.
Right around 2,000 miles on my V-Strom, so far. ~6,400 total miles. There are ALWAYS projects, it seems.. Hopefully I'll get a chance to do a lot more late summer/fall riding.
