Window track grease

What grease do you all use to grease the window track.I know I very rarely lube the track unless I have to change a window motor.

when I asked about sticking windows in another thread, silicon spray, dry lube spray and petroleum jelly coatings were recommended in different areas of th window.

I think you are talking about lubricating tracks of car side windows by putting lube into the fuzzy track that becomes accessible when the window is down. Is that right?.
