Yes, the oil is from the rebate sales. The synpower was leftover from the last rebate, and the M1 is the beginning of the pile from current M1 rebates.

1/2008 Kawasaki Concours 14.
2nd oil change at 1070kms.
10W40 NON synthetic Formula one Premium Motorcycle oil (Canadian Tire brand). Switching to synthetic M1 Motorcycle oil at 5K
2/Mobil one 0W40 4 liters for my 2003 Jetta TDI with 277,000kms. 12,000kms OCI
3/Changed oil on my New Camaro SS at 70kms(yes 45 miles!) and changing again tonight at 1200kms and then will run it on Mobil 1 5W30 once a year or till 50% GM OLM.
4/ Changed 2001 Volvo S60 2.4T. running on 5W40 RS200(european oil Full synthetic tech 2000)at 10K intervals. 157,500kms on her.
Run 3oz of "POWER UP" additive NNL690 in all my engines every oil change...not until engine fully broken in...
5/Got 625,000kms out of my 1992 Camry with a 2.2 L engine that ran for 16 yrs before being hit by someone and demolished. Never burned oil running M1 5W30 and 3-4oz of "POWER UP" Up every oil change. was hoping for a million kms....

Pretty well. It's starting to use a little bit of oil now, but nothing to lose sleep over. Apparently, this is common for these VQs. In any case, the engine's never had to be opened-up.
Other than that, we do the normal, regular maintenance and replace stuff when things wear out. Overall, it's cheaper than regular loan payments. I do the stuff I'm comfortable doing the wrenching on, and take it to a trusted mechanic for the stuff I'm not comfortable with.

All you BITOG purists will shudder over this one. Had a $10 off coupon at the Jiffy Lube. Took my daughter's XTERA and got their Signature Service. 3.75 Qts of YB 5w30 and their classic "no name" filter. Stood there and watched 'em do everything and they did a nice job, quickly.

I did a change out on my new Troy-Bilt 340XP mower. Drained the factory fill and installed 18 oz Rotella T 30 wt.
Getting ready to change the J-D 310D backhoe - 9 quarts RTS 5-40 (CI-4+), and my J-D 955 CUT - 5 quarts RTS 5-40/NAPA 1334.
Almost forgot - helped the nephew change the oil in his Suzuki DL650 V-Strom. 2.2 liters Castrol ACTevo 10-40 and PURO ML16818 filter.

This past Sunday changed two cars
1) 2004 BMW 530i straight six with 93,000 miles, 7 quarts of 0W-30 GC, just drained the filter since this OC came halfway through the computer recommended drain. The computer started at 15,000 miles...then I just changed the oil when it read 7000 miles left.
2) 1993 Camry wagon 2.2 liter 4 cylinder 234,000 miles, 4 quarts of Valvoline maxlife 10W-30. 4500 miles on the oil. Kept the same Toyota brand filter on since I change the filter every other change.
