Just put Rotella-T CJ 10W-30 in the Forester PZEV. Much quieter, must be the 12CSt@boiling. We will see about the milage hit soon enough. I think the CJ should be no problem (no Mg in there?) and like a GF3 as long as the car aint eating oil, plus the extra vis will keep the pistons from racking around at top stroke and you wont be "using" the EP as much as a 9-10cst lube and leaving it to be burned on the down stroke. The T 10w-30 gives you stong oil for low dollars - If I was going syn, I do something else.
