Tire age?

The spare tire on my truck (Yokohama Geolandar G033) was made in 1999. It's been used for less than 60 km in the 9 years I've had my truck, and has been in a fibreglass cover all its life. Wonder if I should replace it.

You would think it would be fine in a cover...
