mazda5 coolant

i just recently bought a used 2007 Mazda5. when i was inspecting underhood, i noticed the coolant was green. is this a "mazda" coolant or old school glycol type coolant?

i dont have an owners manuel yet (dealer is suppose to be tracking one down , yeah right!)

the coolant looked to be in great shape. what kind of drain/fill do you recommend for this green stuff?

It's low silicate green in my 3. I've done a couple of drain/fills with off the shelf green. No issues, and very easy to service.

I think every couple of years is a safe bet.

Does it say FL22 on the coolant cap? If you go on the Mazda website and register you can download the manual.
